1. Scope and Independence: Returnway is a platform-neutral B2B service provider offering logistics, storage, and operational support. Obligations regarding refunds to the end customer, warranty, product compliance, and consumer legislation belong to the seller (store).

2. Accepted Products: Unless stated otherwise in writing, only legal products in free circulation in the European Union are accepted. Explosives, flammables, hazardous chemicals, leaking lithium batteries, and medicines are strictly not accepted.

3. Scope of Inspection: The "Standard Check" process is a limited external visual inspection. Technical testing, software error detection, or authenticity confirmation are not guaranteed.

4. 30-Day Rule and Disposal: Storage is free for the first 30 days. If no forwarding, return, or exit instructions are received from the seller at the end of 30 days, the system will automatically place the products on the disposal list or transfer them to the waste process without seeking further approval from the seller.

5. Liability Limits: Returnway takes utmost care of your products. Our liability is strictly limited to the compensation of direct damages demonstrably caused by our warehouse operations. Consequential or indirect losses (e.g., loss of profit, marketplace penalties) are excluded.
